We deliver your order via Australia Post from Melbourne, VIC, Australia. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. Tracking number will be provided and will be sent in a separate email when your order has been processed. Please allow 1-2 days processing time for your order to ship.

- Country: up to 5 business days.
- Metropolitan areas: up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.
Sending overseas/ outside Australia:
- Standard shipping: 6+ business days
If you have not received your order within 14 days of processing, please contact us at email@example.com with the subject line: ONR and Your order number. Please allow 2-3 days processing time for us to follow up. We will try our best to get your order to you as earliest as possible.
International orders are sent from Melbourne, Australia.
You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fee's levied by your country's customs department upon arrival. Please contact the customs department officials to find out of all applicable taxes and duties (if any). Those charges vary greatly from country to country and will not be covered by Livia Lash.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange any product due to sanitary purposes. In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line: DAMAGED and your order number. This should be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. Please allow 5-7 days processing time for us to follow up.
Please note, our lashes are handmade, so you may find some lashes slightly differ. If the lashes differ from one another in regard to hair assignment, this may not constitute as damage.
